Default Need help identifying suspension problem

Car makes rumbling sound when driving. Sound still occurs with clutch in so I’m assuming it has to be suspension since it doesn’t change with rpm’s. The sound goes away entirely on left turns but comes right back the second I straighten out. I tried to upload a video but it’s too big for the forum. I don’t feel any noticeable vibrations in the steering wheel, it’s really just a sound but the sound overpowers the exhaust. I know it’s not much to go off of but if any of this sounds familiar then help would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking maybe cv axles but I’m not sure if those are the characteristics of an axle going out. The car is a 1990 Honda civic DX manual

That sounds rough. A wheel bearing would have to be far gone to make that much noise.

Does it make sound when coasting out of gear? Does the sound occur when revving the engine in neutral?

It almost sounds like your fender liner is loose and hitting the tire, or something similar.

Get the car up in the air ASAP and have a look around. Best case is it's something dumb, worst case is a wheel falls off and someone gets hurt.

it still makes the sound when in neutral, my speedometer doesn’t work so not exactly sure what speed it starts at, but it begins getting loud in second at like 2,500 rpm. But it definitely still makes the sound out of gear and gets louder with wheel speed instead of rpm

Not rpm or speed dependent is a big clue, eliminates rotating parts.

Could just be a rattling sway bar bracket or endlink.

Honestly you need to look for yourself.
