Default Can DA axles (b series) fit into my 4Speed STD transmission (d series) 91 STD HB

Whatsup everybody im in a bit of a dilemma! Couldn’t find anything about this anywhere (Mybad if this was already covered or if it’s a dumb question..) but Im doing a front DA spindle conversion on my 91 std hatch and my stock axles don’t fit into the hub of the DA spindles, the da spindles are bigger and have more splines so I was wondering can the b series DA axles fit into the d series STD trans? Is the STD trans different than other d series transmissions? Or do I have to swap the trans for a bseries transmission to run these spindles. (d to b) thanks yall!
