Icon5 3 to 2 Wire IACV

Hello Does anyone know out of the 3 wires for the iacv which are power and ground I know the orange wire won't be used so I have that cut but the pigtail I have has red and black wires so I am trying to figure out if the yellow/black is power and if the black/blue is ground?

It shouldn't matter which wire goes where, but just to help with some direction, the original plug has the Blue/Black wire (ground from ECU) on top - closest to the lock on the clip. The Yellow/Black wire (12v Positive) goes on the bottom of the plug.

So the good news is it worked bad news is the car kept revving up and down even after trying 7 different ecus all vacuum ports which could be a potential leak were capped off but nothing worked. but I would like to thank you for your help as this was my first time on the honda forums I have decided to sell the car after I put everything back as this has been pulling my leg all week.
