Car not starting 94 accord EX
299k + original miles on motor.
It's trying to, starts to sorta turn over but won't catch. Replaced the battery (was from 2017 anyway) and I'm thinking it's not getting fuel. It was running fine with no issues a few days ago until a large and cold snow storm came through. At first I thought starter but then started to think main fuel relay. I removed the MFR and tried to start it and obviously it won't but was seeing if it would reproduce the same results. No it does not. I would test the relay but currently can't find my alligator clips to check continuity with the relay via 12V battery. However I could have sworn in the past once the ignition was turned I could hear the fuel pump kick in and I don't hear that now. Which it might be the fuel pump. Coincidence with the weather going south and it not running a couple days after?
Am I on the right track?
