Default Green Key flashing while driving now won't start

My battery died during a cold snap and car would not turn over. I jumped it a few times during cold snap and still would not start. When it warmed up I was able to start the engine, ran fine but green key light flashed all the way home. When got home and put in park car died and now will not start. Replaced the battery as it was old.

What I know:

1. When ignition on, green key light comes on solid for 2 seconds then turn off. My understanding is this means the immobilizer is functioning.
2. Car turns over fine but will not start.
3. I have checked the fuses in both the box under the hood and the box under the dash.
4. Tried the key on key off combination to reset the system (even though the green light comes on solid for 2 seconds and then turns off)

As well, for a month now (before cold snap) the "maintenance required" light flashed for about 5 seconds after start up, then went out. Happened every time I started up.

I am considering buying a diagnostic tool for $40 to see if I can further diagnose.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob

Turns out the fuel pump required replacement. Running great now.
