94 Integra RS track car with OEM 40/40 brake prop valve, leaking fluid from weep hole. New OEM part no longer available (46210-ST7-003), purchased used replacement off eBay and also leaking. https://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/...0-st7-003.html
Would like to replace with new parts to eliminate the potential leak of using used valves.
I noticed chase bays sells a kit that deletes the prop valve and replaces with new lines and a manual brake bias valve. Anyone used this for a dedicated track car? Seems like a solid option. https://www.chasebays.com/collection...-00-civic-oemc
Also noticed the 98-01 & 99-00 non-ABS (46210-S04-952/902) 40/40 valve is also no longer available new but perhaps the used valves dont have the leaking weep hole issue? Could bend lines and to the factory location used on the 98-01? https://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/...0-s04-952.html
Any suggestions?

My friend replaced the prop valve o-ring on his old car, it was a street car so not sure how it would have held up as its dependent on the o-ring quality...
Is the EM1 prop valve still available? I do recall the newer 98 and up cars it seems like its one piece and rarely hear about them leaking

thanks for the reply
Hmm, maybe I’ll take one of mine apart and see what the seals look like. From my research it wasn’t serviceable but it’s worth a try.
the newer one piece valve is available used and I agree I haven’t heard of issues with that type. I’m leaning towards doing that and make some new lines to fit up with it.
For a dedicated track car I would recommend installing a manual proportioning valve and deleting the factory valve. The Chase Bays option is easy plug and play, but if you are competent DIY you can bend and flair your own lines and install a valve for much less than they are charging.
Yeah no need to pay that Chase Bays money. Run a new hard line off the MC port to an adjustable prop valve, come out of it with another line then tee off to the rears. You can run it through the cabin to be adjustable from the drivers seat if you'd like.
