Quick and low cost fix to a well known issue in nearly all Honda Acty's. If you have ever driven one you most likely have experienced the intense shake in the steering. Most people have mistaken the root cause of this to be, out of balance wheel/tire combo, blown shocks, and even the worn center link. Which are all valid causes of misalignment AND steering wheel shake. However the root cause tends to nearly always been the worn out bushings on the torsion rods.
