It is time for some new seats for my sol. I was thinking of getting the red JDM recaros that come in an integra. But here is the deal. Every search I do comes back with instruction on how to put integra or del sol seats into a 5th gen hatch, but never how to put them into a del sol. IF all you have to do is swap the rails to put sol seats into any other car, then i would only have to guess that the reverse procedure would be the same for my case. I would need to use the sliders for my del sol with the rails from the teg seats. The only thing I can see as a problem is the fact that when you put a del sol seat into a 5th gen, you lower your seating position about an inch, so would it work opposite for me? Would I be sitting 1" higher? That would not be too cool in my case. So if anyone has any information on this it would be greatly appreciated. TIA

 

youll sit higher, and i dont know if its as simple as jsut swapping rails. good questions though, i hope someone can reply with first hand expierence

use some sparco rails and use then bolt the recaro sliders on em.

 

If you swap the Dels sol rails on the Teg seats they should bolt right in. But like it was said, you will sit higher, by a couple inches. HTH
