No power getting passed fuel pump relay
'96 Honda Accord EX 2.2L
Having issues with power getting to fuel pump. For about 2 months I'd have to sit with the car on for about 5-10 minutes and then power would finally get back to the pump and I could start the car. It's now not sending power at all. I took out the relay and connected it straight to the battery and jumped all the connections and it works fine and has continuity. pin 4 at the plug is getting constant power but just seems to stop there. Checked all the fuses for the fuel system and they all look good.
Anyone have any ideas?

So manually jumping the relay pins works? And you have power at the relay pins on the fusebox? Have you tried a new relay? Have you checked resistance between the two terminals of the pump? Check wiring from fusebox/relay to actual pump. Also check ignition switch, a faulty switch could have bad contacts and intermittently send signal to the main relay/fusebox or have a short that could damage the relay.
