Automatic crankshaft vs manual?

Is there a difference in crankshaft from automatic and manual? I found a z6 I want to pull the crankshaft from but notice it was automatic.

No difference. You just need to replace the flex plate and its bolts with a flywheel and its bolts (and clutch assembly, obviously).
