Default Steering/Suspension problems

Hi. I wanted to pick your guys brain a little bit.
Now I've got this 97 civic I've changed a couple of suspension parts and gotten a couple of tools to get my alignment right. When I got problems with the suspension its when I changed out my tie rods and springs. I've been fighting with this car for the better part of a year.
So I have truhart reverse tie rods and I went to the junkyard and found some ground control weight jacks for a integra. Which fit the civic. Since then I've moved back to the spring that was on the car when I bought it. From what I got was that the reverse tie rods correct geometry for lowered cars. Which I wanted to do. Get the car super low and tuck some tire. I've also got new ball joints and upper arms from Skunk2, so everything is new. But this car has got some demons now. I think I'm getting bump steer from hell, my friend says my spring rate is just to low. My car wonders a hell of a lot too. Recently in my quest to get this thing right I bought a DIY alignment kit, but it didn't seem to come out quite right. So I took off the steering rack and checked all bushings and tried to retighten the rack, but now the thing binds up and doesn't want to recenter. The steering is true where the center of the wheel point the tires will point to that.
I also don't know if I mixed the springs up the front springs are pretty short compared to the ones in the rear, I think that's how they were when I bought the car.

Any input will help. Info on those tie rods would help. It's a 1997 civic with a manual rack.
