Dennis T Postel, Generic Layperson here. I have a 1999 Civic (197,434 miles) that was gifted to me because of damage to my van. The damage was the result of Hurricane Harvey 2017 which turned Clear Creek into Clear Creek Lake and caused 2 feet of that lake in my home (still recovering).
I have the transmission overhauled, CVJ's R&R, struts R&R, passenger side window regulator R&R, ignition distributor R&R, Catalytic converter R&R, A/C condenser R&R, O2 sensor R&R, cooling fan R&R, radiator R&R, front-end R&R, etc, etc.
I have canceled my funeral policy; I intend to be buried in this car (LOL)
What I am dealing with today is the a-c/heater blower selection **** NOT responding; it seems to be stuck on the passenger/feet position.
