Hey everyone

So my 2013 accord was idling really rough in drive. In park, neutral it idled fine so i took off the battery and took off the air cleaner up to the throttle body. Put it back together and now it wont start. Didnt think anything i did would have made it not crank. It threw a crank sensor code so i replaced that and cleared it, that no longer comes up so im not really sure where to go from here.
