Default WHITE SMOKE FROM O2 SENSOR help

Hello I have a 98 Honda Civic dx auto and somehow had gotten transmission oil all over my engine bay. I think some of it splattered onto the O2 sensor, I cleaned it up and everything but whenever I turn on my car and let it idle for a couple mins smoke starts coming from the O2 sensor. The car runs fine and everything it’s just hella smoke. Is this a easy fix such as replacing the O2 sensor or is it something worse I should be worried about ? Please lmk thanks

The sensor shouldn't be smoking.. is it loose and exhaust gas it leaking? Could try using a engine degreaser and then wash the front of the engine avoiding any electrical plugs, wires or components. Possibly have residual oil still on the exhaust thats slowly burning off.
Should also move the O2 sensor wire away from that fan shroud, looks like I might get hit by the blades..

you got some trans fluid between the heat shield and your exhaust manifold. let it burn off and don't worry about it.
