Default em1 aftermarket brand recommendations

I recently purchased an em1 and can’t really find any oem parts. I am looking for some good brands for aftermarket parts I can get for it. Any recommendations?

You'll have to be more specific with what parts exactly you're looking for.

So it had an aftermarket distributor when i bought it and I got a cel for it. The aftermarket distributor looks brand new though. The mechanic said his best guess is that the wiring for the distributor is bad or the distributor itself is bad.

OEM distributors are extremely expensive and hard to find now in new or good condition, and aftermarket units are known to frequently come with inaccurate sensors. Your best bet there would honestly be to just get another one at a local parts store, try it out, and if it doesn't work return it.

Off the top of my head, reputable companies still making headers for B series - Skunk2, PLM, Blox, Toda, ASP. The latter two will be significantly more expensive but there's no second guessing their quality. Skunk2 Alpha series is also very good and reasonably priced.

Lots of exhaust options and that'll be mostly subjective to what you think sounds the best. If you're staying NA then a 2.5" exhaust will suffice.
