Default Where to apply assembly lube, if it's needed after resurfaced and cleaned head

Hello everyone! A week ago I started my first head gasket job on my d16y8. Just got the head back from a resurface and cleaning job done to it. That doesn't include the rockers and cam which still have oil from when I first tore down the head. My question was once I place the head onto the block. Could I just pour oil onto the head and make sure everything is oiled up with my hands or would I need to apply assembly lube. The only place that I know off that is critical to being oiled or lubed up is the cam bearing. I imagine that's where assembly lube would be most important if needed. Any other places I should be sure that are oiled or lubed up

If you are installing the cam. Good motor oil on EVERTHING before you install the caps. Assembly lube, grease, heck on an evinrude outboard they say use vasoline on the bearings for first start. Basically any lubricant to prevent metal on metal contact
