My kids and I play "Spot Six Sixth-gen Accords in Six Minutes" game. There's very good reason we rarely fail to win at this game: the pavement is maggoty with this specific generation of Accord! Granted, the game gets a bit more challenging each successive year; and I notice an increase in the count of Accords in the salvage yard isles. Yet despite it's infamous BX7A design defect, the stalwart 6th gen Accord still lives on as the epitome of stalwart reliability!

Appearance-wise, the lines and styling of the 6thgen Accord have definitely aged well for a daily-driver (I personally think the sedan looks much better than the coupe.), with the banal design of the OEM wheels the lone, glaring exception. Finally, the addition of the OEM spoiler complements the boot—and the car overall—quite nicely. ...but those wheels... bleh.

This forum, along with driveaccord.net, hondaaccordforum.com; v6performance.net; 6thgenaccord.com, are excellent resources for the home wrencher. Embrace a policy to always using genuine Honda parts and fluids—and never ever take your aged Accord to a dealership for repair—and maybe my kids and I will count you as we play our game!
