About to finish my honda ef 1988 hatch b20 v swap (b16a head , b20 block) and running in to some issues about the correct dizzy to put in, got the car with an obd0 set up and just used an obd0 to obd1 jumper harness for the p28 chipped ecu and since i was having a hard time finding a proper dizzy thats obd1 i have this obd2 dizzy laying around which has a cut stem already so thought it would fit and it did but i wasnt able to align the holes for the uncut side bolts to cling it on the head so only the top bolt fits and Im guessing running it like that aint safe so any advice on a dizzy that would fit perfectly so i wont have to cut and would be a perfect match for the head i have?

 

You can use a td44u or a td68u distributor, some obd1 92-95 del sols had a b16 in them.

 

in either of the two would be a perfect fit on all three bolt holes right no need to cut unlike an obd2 dizzy ?

 

It will bolt right up, no cutting of the legs mounts... either the 44 or the 68 works perfect.
