Howdy forum. So, bought a Civic for my girlfriend. The auto transmission was replaced about 4 years ago. She all the sudden was getting harsh shifts and had my friend's shop do some drain and fills. Car seems to be running okay now but this cluster of codes just popped up when the check engine went on. Any ideas?

 

Also to note: had them install a kill switch. Could this cause problems with any of this?
