B16a Crank No Start HELP!!
JDM B16a Swap
obd2a Engine Harness
New OBD1 TD44u B16a Distributor 2 plug
eBay Chipped P28 OBD1 ECU
New Glow Fuses
New Royal Purple Oil
180psi+ compression on all 4cylinders
Spark on all 4 cylinders
~57psi @fuel rail on prime, 0psi on ignition
Through oil cap can see cams spinning.
Through spark plugs can see black buildup on pistons but not flooded.
Battery, Thermostat, and Transmission grounds are clean and tight.
Cruising on freeway and suddenly engine stop, lights still on dash, everything seems normal: main relay clicks, fuses are good, have spark and compression, except 0 fuel pressure when turning the key. Sprayed Starter Fluid, didn’t start. Tried at WOT as well. Replaced Fuses and now ECU Fuse blows on startup, replaced 15 amp with 30 amp now doesn’t blow.
Could it be timing off or bad belt? (If cams spin and spark)
What should I check next?
Any help is appreciated! Thank you! LMK if you need any more information or pictures

The ECU should not need more than a 15a fuse, upping the size of the fuse will only cause more issues. Fuses are sized the way are for a reason, by design for the circuit it is protecting - increasing the amperage is really just bypassing the fuse, which is never a good idea, except in dire situations.
Unplug the ECU, go back to a 15a fuse and try to power it on. If it doesn't blow, something may have shorted in the ECU or the conversion harness. Try and find the problem before it gets worse. Maybe a failed cap or other component on the ECU, or a cross or worn wire on the harness.
Did you smell any smoke or burning when it happened, or after upping the fuse?
Also note that increasing the fuse amperage may have blown out the circuit or component completely that was causing the 15A to fail in the first place.
