Cruise control.
So the cruise button on the dash light up...but the when hitting the set it does nothing.
I don't see any missing or damage switches on clutch or brake pedal that I can tell. Anyone have a diagram? what should I check next?

Thought I had the schematics for that year. I don't.
Consider purchasing the Honda Service Manual for your Accord. It'll quickly become a frequently-used and necessary wrenching tool, second only to your 10mm socket!

Check the fuse, check the relay, Recheck the buttons on the break and clutch I believe they’re are 3, 1 break button and two on the clutch 1 for the clutch in to start the other for cruise. Make sure the cruise control unit is even plugged in and or connected. Lastly if your cruise control, horn and the srs light is on it’s definitely the round thing I can’t think of the name for behind the steering wheel. I think that’s all that will make it not work besides a bad cruise control unit or bad harness. I had the same issue with my 98 accord I checked the buttons and thought it was something else but I rechecked and discovered the second button on the clutch which was missing the pad allowing the button to go right through the hole I put a nickel and electrical tape on it and it worked
