Default VTEC Oil Pressure switch (code P2647)

The check engine light came on. Went to auto parts store since I don't have an OBD, and the code was P2647. They report said to replace the VVT Pressure switch. Does that sound right?
Also, the code 61-1 came up (break system low voltage) is this something to worry about, or is it a stored code from the last time my battery went dead?

Thanks,

Danny

That has got to be some kind of programming bug on the Hondas! I just got the same combination of codes on a TSX. Replacing just the VTEC oil pressure switch resolved both codes. The CR-V guys report the same combination of codes.

Since nobody else had an answer, I'll fill you all in on what it was. I took it to the dealer, and they replaced the rocker arm oil control valve ($348.17) with two hours labor ($370)

I got a 61-1 code along with a p2647(went into limp mode and VSA and the triangle with exclamation point lights went on) and later a p2649. The Check Engine Light went away and drove fine for a few days. I cleaned the screen on the vtec solenoid and tested the oil switch and solenoid which tested fine. It drove good for a couple days then the CEL came back on. It's off now but will probably be back.

Did the 61-1 code for the battery go away as well?

In other words, do you know if the rocker arm oil control valve caused the 61-1 battery code?
Also, is the rocker arm contol valve the same as this?
