Cranks but wont start
Hello, its a mini me turbo, recently it rained a lot and it started to have problems starting, it took a while to start, and right now it wont even start.
I have:
-11.9 volts in injectors
-fuel pump primes
-main relay clicks
-fuel pressure at 40
- ground continuity on A23 A24
-sparks get no fuel, after a crank a while and pull them out the is no smell of fuel and they are dry.

Sounds like you narrowed it down to the distributor. The crank/cam sensors are in there, and if those are having issues the ECU won't know what injectors to trigger.
Start looking at the distributor wiring, or find another one to try out. Is this OBD0 or OBD1?

If its OBD1, are you using a distributor adapter harness or did you repin it for OBD1? May want to check there. Everything you described sounds like you have everything but crank/cam signal.
Above you mentioned you get voltage at the injectors, how did you test that?

its repined but it work perfectly for a while when it was repined, no limp mode or anything like that.
I messured from yellow black on injectors to transmission ground with the switch on, thats how I checked voltage on the injectors

Hello, following up on this I tested the distributor an I have 380-390 ohms reading on crank sensor, top dead center sensor and cyp sensor, I traced the wiring and it does not look damaged, could it be ECU?
What engine management are you using? It could be ECU, have you tried pulling codes?
Another possibility is a bad MAP sensor, that would cause a no start, but I think even without MAP you would still get fuel spray and it would try to start, sputter and die.
Do you have a distributor gasket in place between the cap/distributor? With the rain and the rough and then no start it still sounds distributor related.
