My mechanic is having a issue with the rear mount. I bought some yonaka Aluminum motor mounts but he said the rear won’t sit flat or should I say flush to mount down to the plate . He said the stock is flat and flush on the bottom of the mount

and the after market has this sort of nipple or lip on the 3rd hole for the bolt . I be watched YouTube install videos and noticed that other brands as well have this but no one mentions any issue with the install . My mechanic is telling me it won’t work . Help
