Default Cluster housing with board interchangeable? 99-00 ex/si

I recently picked up a Si cluster for my em1, it didn't come with my shell so I had been using my EX cluster. The backing of the ex cluster is mint but the one for the Si is pretty bad. I know it has a different number on the bottom right. Can I swap my Si gauges into the EX housing without any issues? I know not to over tighten the fuel/temp gauge. I've done repairs on clusters so am pretty comfortable taking them apart.

Not my picture, just an example of what I'm referring to

Trace the circuits, but I want to say it’s fine.

I did it as well, but I can’t remember if I did it on the Si cluster or the EX cluster.

The factory part numbers are different between the Si and the EX panel (film) prints... but this doesn't mean that they are not interchangeable.
