Bought a 2013 honda accord and it started no problem or hesitation when testing car and few days after no problems but now sometimes when i go to start it nothing happens with the motor but all lights come on and i have battery power but engine doesnt even try to crank but after turning to off and trying to start again its crank and fires up perfect no hesitation. also sometimes i get in the car and it fires up dont always have to turn key few times to get it to start.

 

I have a 13 Accord Sport and at 95k it acted just like yours. I had to replace the starter. That is a very common problem with the 9th gen Accord. Search it on www.driveaccord.net and www.carcomplaints.com also.
