I have a 2014 Honda Civic that has been humming over 40 and sound goes away when turning to the left and gets louder when turning to the right , all things seem like a left front wheel bearing so i replaced it with a new wheel bearing and hub but noise still persists . Does get louder as speed increases , no damage to axle boots ..... ??

 

Tires probably. A bad alignment or bum tire wore a tire funny and feathered the tread and now it hums.

 

4 new tires on car 3 months ago and had alignment done at that time also , actually just rotated them to see if i had a problem with tires but still doing this , all symptoms of wheel bearing but like i said just replaced bearing and hub and car still doing it so i figured somebody else out there might have had a similar problem at one time ? i inspected axles and cv joints and they are in great shape with no visual damage
