2009 Pilot - Gain Access Into It?
EDIT: I can see I'm on my own here. Thanks.
Hello! My fiance and I are in the middle of getting a 2009 Honda Pilot through her family. It was involved in an accident, only has rear-end damage but nothing major (just needs a new bumper), but its been parked in our driveway for little over a year now because its been tied up in court. Her uncle finally told us they're ready to sell it. I got the key last night, but I can't get into the car at all. I'm guessing at this point the car battery is 100% dead (fob battery is working, has little red light on it & it lights up). There's only one key hole on the car & its in the driver door. I put the key in, won't turn at all. I'm thinking the lock cylinder is seized at the moment. I wanna at least get under the hood to get to the battery to see if its really dead or just replace it. Any advice or ideas on getting into the car? Anything would be appreciated!
