Default Honda Civic alternator fuse#4 is grounded out possibly short somewhere?

Recently came home and my Speedo stopped working and battery/check engine light came on for VSS and 02 sensors. Tested if alternator was charging battery and it wasn’t so figured prepare for winter and change them both. Then discovered that the number 4 fuse under the dashboard powers multiple things including the speedometer, alternator circuit, vss and other things. It was blown and I put a new one in and keeps blowing. I’ve unplugged alternator, vss, and the o2 sensors to rule those out as being bad and the fuse still pops when I put the key on. The black and yellow wire is grounded out somehow that powers all those sensors and any help as to where that could’ve happened would be appreciated.

You really need a multi tester so you don't have to keep replacing fuses , Look for any obvious wiring problem s. otherwise you'll just have to trace the wire to see what's up .Honda aren't known for crappy wiring
