2014 Honda CRV- At start up the tire light blinks then the 2 lights next to it come on & sometimes the AWD light comes on with them. O”reilly could not get any codes but did say the only thing they saw was something was out of spec either the control board where it monitors the tire or the tire indicator itself. Since we needed new tires, we replaced them & I told Town Fair tire to check all the air pressure sensors as we knew there was obviously a bad one. When I got the car back they said I didnt have tire pressure sensors in the tires. I questioned the accuracy of this as why would I have a tire pressure monitoring system at all. I ended up calling & speaking with the manager who informed me via the VIN that, that year some had tire pressure indicators and some didn’t & went off the sped sensor. I tested my 2 front speed sensors resistance which was 5.25 ohms. The drivers rear was 8.9 and the passenger rear was 5.75 ohms. I assumed the drivers was out so I replaced it with OEM. The new one measured 3.2ohms. I still have the same problem & have no way to clear the codes as there are no codes.

My big question is how does my car monitor tire pressure if her is no tire pressure sensor?

Does anyone have the specs for the speed sensors?

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do next. I hate going to the dealer.
