Ecu and harness help, getting ready to put her in I have a D16y5 which I think is OBD2A? in my 92 civic eg hatch, I have a OBD2B harness and OBD1 p28 ecu i’m going to chip and tune and use a jumper harness OBD2B to OBD1 to use the p28 what problems am i gonna face? do i need to rewire anything? etc. thanks in advance.
The OBD-2 engine harness doesn't plug into the OBD-1 Civic chassis harness... it will be EXTREMELY difficult to do what you are trying to do. I suggest you rethink your plan.

thanks, before I pulled it the car was running on a OBD1 harness is was just all cut into pieces so I wanted a nicer one. I guess my solution is just to get an OBD1 harness

SERIOUSLY !?!? You know what you have to do... even though you don't like the answer. Stop "hoping" for something easier and get to work.
