Icon5 Help on a list of parts for a build

Hello! I am extremely new to modding cars, let alone civics, but I recently got a free 1999 Honda civic VP sedan with the D16Y7 engine. I was wondering if I could get some advice on what to add on/change to make my goal of at least 200 hp. I am willing to rebuild the engine, as I have my dad helping me who has 25 years in mechanic experience. engine swaps are a no go if possible. I will take any advice that I can get, or if this is even possible without a engine swap. also maybe a little advice on how to use the forum, as I don't know where to post quite yet.

Rebuild with forged rods and pistons, refresh the head with new valve springs, retainers, and seats.

Go-Autoworks entry level turbo kit with baby sized turbo.

An engine swap would be the easiest method to get your 200 WHP. If not, then it's the method Chance EG said is rebuild motor with full forged internals and redo the head valve train with new cam for your respected turbo build.
