1994. Lights go on dash lights all go out, except highbeam indicator. It started out working as expected and occasionally flickering off. Now when headlights are on the dash occasionally flickers on.

No amount of fussing with the internal controls seem to trigger an effect. Headlights do not flicker.

I'm thinking a loose wiring harness, exposed wire, faulty fuse, or perhaps even a brake switch? I checked the taillights and there is nothing obviously wrong.
