Default Lost and don’t know if this is the right place to ask this question

So I’ve owned a 2010 Honda Pilot for 3 years now and have done all the work pretty much buy myself, it has the 3.5 motor front wheel drive, lately the transmission has been shifting kind of funny, like when I get on to the highway you can feel it shift into every gear, and it used to not be like that, and sometimes it lags between I think 3rd and 4th gear and the rpm’s get up to just above 3 grand, any ideas what this could be or what I can do to make is shift better

Have you ever had the transmission fluid changed in the 3 years that you have owned it?

That's where I would start.
