Default Inexpensive D16Y7 header replacement?

My D16Y7 has a crack in the header (shocker), along the O2 sensor. It doesn't seem to affect performance or sound but I'd like to get it replaced regardless so it doesn't get worse.
Anyways, what are your guy's recommendations? I'm considering getting some eBay UEL headers so I can get that subie rumble, but I hear mixed opinions about reliability. I'm basically good with anything as long as it sounds good and doesn't break the bank.
Also I don't have emissions testing where I live so deleting the cat isn't a huge concern for me.

If it's the OEM cast header, honestly you could just liquid weld it back and that could potentially hold for a long time to come - You mention it's along the O2 sensor though so that may be a factor.

The Skunk2 D16 header is the last one I've seen in production by a known, reputable company.

Yeah it's the OEM header. Where would I find the appropriate stuff to liquid weld it?

Any auto parts store normally has the right stuff. One of the JB liquid/cold weld blends is what you'll be looking for.

Ive tried this many times on the OEM manifolds the still crack at the same spot eventually.

A welder told me it would be hard to weld it for some reason.

I say just go after market header ebay has lots of cheap brands. 1320 brand is my preference but i did just find this ! looks like its a direct replacement,

Cast steel is really difficult to weld without it cracking again. It’s a lot of preheat and post cooling that needs to be slowed down (as in throw it in a bucket of sand or in an oven to keep it from cooling off too fast) and it’s just not worth it.

it’s a bad design, and the best way around it is to switch to a stainless steel tubular manifold if you are able to.

Picked up some of the extreme heat stuff that's good to 1000° F. Hopefully that should get me by until I can replace the header

Yeah just keep an eye on it. It'll hold for awhile, but not sure how long.

I did. I'm going to get something like that once I can afford to do so
