Won’t start after thermostat and fan switch VIDEO/pic
So my car was overheating . So I decided to change the thermostat and the fan switch. I changed the thermostat without draining it but it wasn’t much coolant . I’m thinking maybe the coolant got into some open wires under it which I’ll show pics . When I put the key in to turn it , the dash light come on and when I try to start it I get a click and the battery dies . It doesn’t go back on until I mess with the cables or something . I don’t know what the hell is going on . Please some help here These are the wires that are open and I don’t know if maybe that is causing it idk what those wires are
so I tried to post the video of what happens when I try to start the car but I couldn’t so I made a YouTube short.
check it out and please give me some ideas what to look at , thinking of changing battery cables or checking the ground of the thermostat.
ALSO THE BATTERY IS GOOD . I tested it at 12.6 volts . I tried to jump the car it didn’t work . It’s just weird how it dies when I try to start. All I can think is a bad connection and it’s not enough to start . The starter and alternator were changed not too long ago as well.

Also in the video you can’t see as well but after I attempt to start it the first time , the dash lights no longer come on when I try to start it again. Sometimes a faint brake light will come on

it’s the terminals . After a while of trying to find out I just tapped the terminals with a wrench a few times , started right up. I knew I needed to change a cable but I’m going to start with terminals and see how it goes .
