I have a Honda Civic, 1.8I-VTEC Automatic, 2008 model, Sedan generation VIII. I would like to install a screen/navigation system at the place of the CD player

What I want:
- Apple Car Play (which launches by default, not Android), turns on automatically when the car is started
- To be able to install applications for navigation and music (Waze, Google Maps, Spotify, Youtube, Radio...)
- Bluetooth to connect my Iphone, to listen to music + Allows to connect a jack
- Allows to connect phone / use speakerphone
- Be able to create a hotspot to have wireless internet + possibility to add a SIM card for internet with subscription to work without connected phone
- Including rear view camera
- Smooth and fast navigation, HD resolution (powerful processor and RAM)
- Large enough screen size, can be flush mounted (specialized Honda model)
- Allows you to keep the steering wheel controls (volume, next/previous song...)
- Be able to update the system regularly; no need to cut original cables for installation

I have found a professional who specialises in the installation of navigation screens who can help me. Would you have any screen models to recommend that could correspond to my needs?
Finally, I have no experience in doing that, is there any risk in installing this type of screen which replaces an original part?

I would check out the pioneer double din, or I believe it's a 9in. line of radios, come standard with tons of features, and can have nav added to it, and you can also get the module that allows for usage of steering wheel controls
