Default 1999 Civic Dx Warm Engine Hard To Start, Idle Dies

Hey guys,
Recently I have a problem starting my car after driving at normal temperature. Cold starts are fine, but after 10-20 min it starts to overheat around 3/4 high, I shut the car off, and try to turn it back on, it cranks but it wont start. I have to floor the gas pedal for it to start. after it starts it immediately dies, and i have to hold the rpm for a couple of seconds and then the rpm is normal. Also it feels sluggish at 1-3k rpm when trying to drive around. Any feedback helps.

D16y7 128k miles
Ebay Turbo kit 5 psi
12:1 FMU
Walbro 255 Fuel pump
New ECT sensor
New Rad cap
New Thermostat
Everything else stock.

UPDATE: i found the problem. i need a new head gasket.

Based on what you describe I don't have any good ideas, curious what other people may think.

the temp sensor that runs to the ecu can cause this when it's gone bad.
grab an ntk unit from rockauto and swap it out it's cheap.
