Looking for some tuners to retune my EM1 Turbo in the Houston area. Car runs pretty rich. Was originally tuned in michigan climate about 20 years ago. Car is barely driven now but I'd like to get it running more optimally. I haven't done much to the vehicle in the past 17 years. I've only driven in 5000 miles in the past 13 years. Probably less than that. I'd like to get it out more often and getting ready to get some work on it.
I also don't know of any shops in this Houston area that work on modded imports. I went to what I thought might be one, some place called Neverslo, I saw a modded MKIV supra there one time. I went in there but the guys say they don't do any engine work, just suspension.

If anybody has some information it would be appreciated.

 

If it's pretty close, a remote tune might be fine for you. Sounds like timing maps should all be set from the Michigan tuning sessions, some air fuel compensation may need done if no mechanical items have fallen out of initial tuning spec (gasket leaks, exhaust leaks, etc).

If you want to post a data log of a 3rd and or 4th gear pull, and or cruising logs, along with your calibration/tune file I don't mind offering suggestions or making some adjustments for you when I get some time. I'm sure others on the forum would have input for you too.
