Default Remote Wire does not have Power and RCA have Noise and Front Right Speaker not workig

Hello

I have Installed Pioneer ZF-9350 BT

With 3 Amps Separate for Front Rear and Sub

I checked with volt meter their is NO Voltage coming from Remote Wire

Also RCA have alot of Noise as well Right channel RCA Front and Rear both have no Sound.

What should i do?

Is there any fuse in Remote wire?

I'm guessing the headunit you bought is USED? As for sound interference...are you using good RCA cables? Are they ran on the same side as the (amp) power wires??
