Honda Stream - Gas pedal occasionally not able to depress when driving...
So, I have a Honda Stream 2002 SE, I think an RN1, it has the 1.7l VTEC.
In the last couple of days occasionally when I try to accelerate the gas pedal just won't go down. After a few seconds it's fine and moves freely again.
For a while there is a slight whirring noise, that I had thought might be related to the power steering so may not be related.
What would cause the gas pedal to stop going down like this?
