I must have hit something while parking and now need to replace the Front Lower Radiator Support Splash Shield (74110T3VA00). It's just a long plastic part but a bit bulky. It's for a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid. I am in the San Antonio - Austin area. Dealers have them for around $340-$405 plus clips. I've seen it for less but the shipping doubles the price. I have been told that it is easy to get put on but the dealer wants another $200 to install. So, will try to install locally. Any ideas where I might get the part at a better price?

You did not include the vehicle year, model trim, etc. or your location. In some locations, if you go through Honda e-store, certain local dealer may sell less if ordered online and picked-up than going directly through the dealers. I was able to look up your general area (Austin, TX) at Honda e-store, and it doesn't appear any local dealers are selling at a big discount for that part.
The part number appears to be for a Hybrid.
Bernardi Honda ships free for order over $75. Currently, the price is $289.78 without the clips. Aftermarket clips can be purchased in bulk from Amazon, ebay, etc. after you search with the Honda part number.
Thanks! That really helps. Yes, I am in the Austin-San Antonio area. If I search for the clips from Amazon with the Honda part number should they work just as well? I can get it locally at a Honda dealer for about $310 so not much difference I guess. Oh, just put it into Bernardi Honda and shipping comes up as $129 - although it says "free shipping" I guess the part if too large to qualify. I will call them tomorrow but think that's the issue.

I bought aftermarket clips from ebay and Amazon before based on Honda part numbers and for the most part they work fine. The plastic clips are just plastic and a little metal and the main purpose is to hold something in place. Most clips may break when removing, OEM and aftermarket.
Bernardi may have change their shipping policies.
Years ago, their prices were lower than most dealers; but, they charged shipping back then except for certain holidays sales like Black Friday and other holidays. I had large parts shipped free or at reduced shipping rates back then when they had the holiday sales. I used to make large bulk purchase of maintenance supplies back then to stock up.
It seemed like several recent years ago, they raised the parts prices and said free shipping. But, I haven't purchased from them since the change; so, I don't know all their shipping policies regarding large or heavy parts.
The service manual shows 16 clips for the under cover; but, the service manual under cover illustration looks slightly larger than the parts diagram. So, the one shown in the service manual may not be identical. The plastic clips prices from the dealer doesn't look too different than prices for aftermarket on Amazon though.
