Let me state I have looked and tried every damn thing I possibly could try and no such luck. My 97 GS. I did the whole delete and still my brake pedal is super soft. Got the rs MC new, RS BB new 40/40 prop valve along with the flexibility steal lines. Bleed the MC and the lines. Still the pedal is soft and doesn't brake well at all. What am I doing wrong here? I bought another BB that I'm gonna try.

You still have air in the lines some place. Something is amiss with your bleeding technique.
... Do it again. Gravity bleed with the calipers fully compressed, then manually bleed each corner starting w/ the furthest from your master cylinder. If you can, maybe think about adding additional bleed valves at high-points in the system?
