How much hp can I potentially gain from a turbo kit, upgraded cam, S300 OBD1 ecu, and proper engine tuning? What is some of y’all’s opinions on the f23 SOHC Vtec ?

Stock motor will do around 300whp max.

They are very reliable engines and well built for their intended purpose. For boost they aren't the greatest because they make a lot of torque and have short/skinny connecting rods.
