Is the AC still cold?

What is your RPM dropping to when you turn the AC on? Do you notice the shake when you're driving, or only idling at a stand still?

Motor mounts are most likely shot. However chance’s ^ questions are definitely more likely to give you a more accurate answer.

You don't have an AC issue, you have an idle issue. Check & clean IACV, there should be a screw to adjust idle on your throttle body as well.

Edit: Adjust the idle while you have the AC on.

I think it's likely. You should raise the idle when the AC is on, aim for 1000-1200RPM.
