2000 Civic d16y8 rattling/squeaking noise from timing belt area

Hey y’all, recently replaced the head gasket on my civic and now it is making a weird squeaking/rattle type of noise near the timing belt area. It wasn’t making this noise before I replaced the head gasket. Any suggestions? I recorded a video on how it sounds. I think it may be the timing belt squeaking for some reason.
