Auto to Manual Swap Help

Hello, So I've recently finished my auto to manual swap on my Integra this week, but after the first startup I've yet to be able to turn it back on. On top of that this afternoon I lost all power to the vehicle no exterior lights no radio nothing. Can anyone point me into the right direction? I feel like I'm reaching the edge of my mechanical experience trying to diagnose this.

Probley a ground check the one from the battery

Check your main battery fuse in the fuse box of the engine bay, it will be the highest rating one.

Also make sure the ground cable from the trans to the chassis is clean and tight~ if not the engine may not even start. Its very important to have this ground on especially if you just did a manual swap...
