Did alot of reading and people saying you cant run a b16 diff w/ a gsr gear set. Proof it can be done here is the gear contact patch!

You read a lot of bad information. You cannot swap a B16 4.40 ring gear on to a GSR differential... the center opening is too small. However, you CAN swap the entire B16 differential assembly with the ring gear over to a GSR transmission. This will match up with the counter-shaft as you have illustrated above.

I fully understood your post... what I was suggesting is that the information that you found stating that the B16 differential wouldn't work in a GSR transmission was either quite simply wrong OR not descriptive enough... the differential ALONE will NOT work in a GSR transmission. The GSR ring gear is too large to bolt to the B16A differential. Now, IF you swap the B16 differential and B16 ring gear (4.40) into the GSR transmission together... it works just fine.
