I have a 1999 Accord LX that I need to get new rims for (preferably that will fit the tires i just bought for the old rims). I need a 16 inch rim that is between 5.5 & 7.5 inches wide with a 4x114.3 lug pattern. The wheels on the car currently (16x6.5 4x100) sit on a 1 inch adapter that not only allows them to fit the car but gives it a nicer wider stance. But this, unfortunately, won’t pass my state inspection as it is over 1/4 inch. My first thought was possibly changing the wheel hubs all together to fit the 4x100 wheel currently on the car, but I don’t know if that is even possible. What is troubling me with finding a rim is pin pointing one with a 0 or negative offset to get that nice stance while also meeting the other specifications listed. I’ve checked from TireBuyer to SummitRacing to Fitment Industries and more with no such luck, or very few, unattractive options. Where can I look to find options for the specific wheel I need? Or is changing the wheels hubs a viable option? And where would I find what’s needed for that if so? Any help is greatly appreciated!
