I'm sure this is all been discussed before. 98 integra clicks but doesn't turn sometimes. Battery is good, kinda seems like not enough cranking power is getting to the starter. Any advice on troubleshooting would be much appreciated.

 

Your solution should be simple enough, just try cleaning your battery post terminals with using either a piece of red scotch Brite pad or some 320 grit or finer sandpaper, your ground wire connection to chassis (make sure you have clean metal to metal contact) from the battery and also check the spade connector on the starter itself to make sure it's on snug. Easy peasy.
